Customer Portal Settings

Customer Portal is where you can modify what is displayed to a customer when they receive the

portal link.


General Settings

  1. Subdomain

    Customize the URL your customers see. Your subdomain will appear as [yourcompany].mysolutionview.com. (removing mysolutionview.com isn't possible)

  2. Link Expiration

    Set how long a customer's link will remain active.

  3. Brand Color

    Choose the color for your portal's icons and buttons.

  4. Button Text Color

    Select the color for the text on your buttons. If you use a dark Brand Color, we recommend a light color for the text, such as white. If you use a light Brand Color, we recommend a dark color, such as black.

  5. Finance - Enter finance config if applicable. If unset, nothing will be displayed.
  6. Document E-Sign Toggle this on (will be blue) or off to enable or disable the e-signature option.
  7. One-Click Access - when on it will allow constumers to instantly open projects without a code
  8. E-Sign Distribution List -Create a distribution list to notify others whenever a new signature is collected. Emails with a comma separating each one
  9. Include Sections

    Check the boxes for the sections you want to appear on your portal.

  10. Contact Us Settings

    Customize the information that displays when a customer clicks "Contact Us" on your portal.

  11. Product Display Settings

    Choose what information is visible to customers when they view product line items in the My Project section.

  12. Project Display Settings

    Customize the information that appears in the My Project dropdown menu
