User Management and Permissions in SolutionView Tablet


You create and manage all users directly in your CRM. After integrating with SolutionView, these users will sync automatically and appear under Company > Users. From there, you can adjust a user's permissions as needed.


User Profile and Permissions


On the user profile page, you can manage all the details and permissions for a specific user.

  • User Profile: This section contains all the user's details that can be updated.

Access: This controls a user's permissions in the following item:

  • Administrative User: This permission specifically grants or restricts a user's access to administrative functions.
  • SolutionView User: This determines which features and items the user can access and use within the SV tablet app.
  • Inside Sales- let users work with customers remotely to complete Jobs/projects
