Accessing Past Appointments from the Prospects Screen
Appointments will appear in the SolutionView Calendar or Prospects screen when the user's i360 staff id is associated as a Sales Rep on an Appointment.
How to look up past prospects.
This is quickly done in the Prospects tab in the menu. Here the salesperson can search the previous 365 days of appointments that they have done. This allows the ability to search past appointments further back they what your organization's calendar limit is set to allow.
You can search past appointments easily with the steps below.
Where do I search for Prospects?
Step One
-In the Menu section, you will see the “Prospects” option at the top. Clicking it will open the “Prospect” page, as seen in step two below.
Step Two
-Next, you can search for the wanted prospect in the search bar or scroll through the prospects. Then tap the prospect that you want to open that appointment.
