Training & Practicing Running Appointments
This article will be a walk-through of the steps in using the “Manual Appointment” area in SolutionView. Use this section to become familiar with SolutionView and not worry about breaking anything or uploading unwanted data into your CRM.
Instructions
- You will click the “Menu” on the main screen to access the “Manual Appointment” option.
- On the menu page, you will see some options, and we will tap the “Manual Appointment”
3. Now the Appointments page will open up, and to create a new one at the bottom,
tap “Add Appointment”
4. After the "Add Appointment" is clicked it will open the edit customer info pop up, as seen below:
Once you have some items filled in, click "Save" , it will then be on a the newly created appointment and is ready to start the meeting once "Start Meeting" is clicked:
After "Starting Meeting" it will mimic the same as any other appointment that you have ran prior.
