Resetting Appointment

This article shows how to reset an appointment if you want to start back at square one and want everything erased.

Note: It's essential to understand that if you are having any technical issues and have an appointment that has customer photos, inspections, and proposals included that resetting an appointment will remove all of that data.

Instructions

Resetting the meeting is as simple as clicking the “Rest Appointment,” It will clear all the contents and a clean sheet for our Client D.B will be shown when “Start Meeting” is tapped.



🚫 Please Don’t Delete the SolutionView App

If you’re having trouble with the app, don’t delete SolutionView — doing so will remove any unsaved project files, and unfortunately, they can’t be recovered.

Instead, try these quick fixes:

  1. Log out of SolutionView, then log back in.
  2. Make sure you’re running the latest version of the app.
