magicplan Setup
Step 1
Sign-Up for magicplan
Visit: https://www.magicplan.app/1
Add additional members to allow additional employees to use magicplan
Step 2
Configure & Connect magicplan in the View Suite Admin
admin.solutionview.app > Integrations > magicplan
-View Suite Admin => *View Config => Integrations Tab => MagicPlan Integration
-Click Generate API Key
-Copy Customer ID and API Key
-Paste Customer ID and API Key
Step 3
Enable Users
Update User Dialog
- Visit the Users Tab
- Find the user that you want to have the ability to use magicplan
- Click their name, which opens the Update User dialog
- Place the username that is associated with a license in magicplan
- Press Update
Note: This will add the buttons in ServiceView to Create/Update/Import from magicplan. Without this step, the buttons will not appear in the app.
Step 4: Download ArcSite from App Store
Step 5: Log into magicplan
First time logging in:
Login Screen
Step 6: Open SolutionView
Step 7: Upload magicplan Drawing to Project
At any point during a SolutionView appointment, you can access the drawing section through the quick nav drawing icon in the bottom center of the appointment interface.
