These are a tool to help your sales team consistently present the same structured presentation that ensures that customers are being offered the correct information and receiving close to the same experience regardless of who the salesperson is. Helping increase sales and confidence in your new sales team members. Because of automation, it brings up presentations relevant to the client's needs, narrowing options to these specific needs and reducing the offering of the wrong products.
Where is this located:
In the left toolbar, navigate to the" App Features" tab, the drop-down will appear, and you will see the presentation near the bottom
Edit Presentations Page
1. + Add Presentation – This button allows you to add new presentations.
2. Example of a presentation that has been added in the presentation section; we can quickly see what this presentation is for the Supportworks Foundation video.
