i360 Object Permissons

If you intend to use an integration between improveit 360 and one of the View Apps from either Supportworks or Contractor Nation, it is critical that the Users of those Apps have the appropriate Permission settings in improveit 360. The settings chart below correlates with the User Profile Settings in improveit 360. The Appointment object example settings directly below shows the Object Settings for the Appointment object if the User will be accessing improveit 360 Appointment records using SolutionView, SalesView or ComfortView. Be sure to set the User Profile Object Permissions settings in your system according to which Apps your staff uses.
