SolutionView Menu - Preview Mode

In this walkthrough we will show you how to turn on the "Preview Mode" in the SolutionView menu, that will allow admins or whom you want to test configuration changes before your publish a new configuration, ensuring that all is buttoned up before releasing to the entire team.

How to turn on this feature in the SolutionView Admin:


Follow these steps to grant a user the ability to test configuration updates before they are live for the entire team.

1. Locate the User: Navigate to the Company section in the main dashboard.


  1. Edit User Profile: Find the specific user you wish to update and click the Edit icon (represented by the pencil symbol) next to their name.


  2. Update Permissions: Scroll down to the SolutionView section. Locate the field labeled "Test updates before publishing configuration to the team" and check the box. (as seen in the image below)


  3. Save and Refresh: Click Save. To ensure the new permissions take effect, the user may need to log out and log back into their account.
