Logging into the Admin
Note: If you are a part of the Supportworks or Basement Systems Network, you will need to wait until implementation from the SolutionView team is complete before logging into SolutionView with your company credentials.
Steps-by-Step
Follow the steps below to log into SolutionView:
- Visit: admin.solutionview.app
- In workspace, type your 'Workspace' id. Your workspace id was created during the sign-up process. If you don't know your workspace id, please email support@solutionview.com.
3. Press “Sign in with...”
4. Follow the remaining screens until you complete the sign-in workflow.
6. You will be redirected back to admin.solutionview.app, where you will see your Dashboard
After Login
The image below is what you will see after authenticating. Based on your permissions, you may have limited access to different areas in the SolutionView Admin.
