SVT Admin training

In this video, I will provide training on the admin side of Solution View Tablet. We will cover common tasks such as updating prices, changing warranties, updating the customer portal, looking at contract details, and reporting on sales reps. During the training, I will explain the dashboard and how to access different menu items. Additionally, I will discuss the difference between the master list and price list and when to use each. By the end of this training, you will have a clear understanding of how to navigate and manage Solution View Tablet's administration features.




SVT New User Access: 

In this tutorial, I will explain how to update user access in the CRM. I will walk you through the process of verifying user credentials, changing access levels, and updating user information. No publishing or building is necessary for user updates.




Understanding Forms and Removing Extra Products

In this training video, you will learn the concept of forms and how to remove any unnecessary areas in sand inspection forms or areas that you don't want to appear on the app. I will demonstrate how to modify and control the content of each screen on the end user's side. We will focus on examples such as changing the display format of information, adding or removing areas for pictures, and eliminating irrelevant options. After completing this training, you will be able to efficiently manage and customize forms to suit your specific requirements.




SVT Form Updating (Adding Products & Services):

In this tutorial, I will show you how to add a product to an inspection form. Although our system has a default option that covers most products, there may be instances where you need to add additional information. I will guide you through the process using the app and explain the steps involved. Please pay close attention as I explain how to add a separate product to the fixed groundwater seepage section during a crawlspace appointment.




Understanding Meetings

In this video, I will explain how to create and customize meeting types within the Admin of Solution View Tablet. I will guide you through the entire process, including adding or removing features and forms. By the end of the video, you will clearly understand how to set up meetings that meet your specific needs.
