Forms
What are forms :
SolutionView allows you to create custom forms to enter data faster instead of on physical forms for your appointments. The forms are not limited to text but allow for images also to be added. These forms provide, by default or ones that you have created, improved team efficiency during appointments, and having it sync with your CRM removes the need to copy over paper forms.
Admin view
1. App Features - In the left toolbar, in-app features drop-down, scroll to "Forms."
2. Overview Forms - Click the form section to view, and it will change the box to blue when clicked to show the forms for that section; in the case below the "Overview Forms." are visible
3. Here, you can see the forms for the specific section; Overview forms are shown here
4. + Add Form to Overview - This button allows you to add a new form for the overview section that you can make
