General Settings

The General Application settings: 
This page covers some of the basic settings available in the SolutionView App. In this location, you can change the Calendar, product features, dictionary lists, and User experience settings.    


Where is this located: 


In the left toolbar, navigate to the” App Features” tab, 

the drop-down will appear, and you will see the presentation near the bottom

Features Section 


Calendar- is populated from your CRM to the assigned user in your company and displayed in the app. (More info below section A.) 

Product Features – here, the categories, properties, and warranties can be modified and added. 


Edit Calendar Settings Page 

1. Adjust how far back your calendar goes and the days in the future you can view. (The more comprehensive the date range can increase load times for the app) 


2. Appointment Statuses – These can be adjusted to names that fit your companies’ naming schemes 



After you have made the wanted updates, you will have to save the changes and take the necessary steps to publish, as noted in the “Final Steps” Section near the end of the document.
