Build – Creating a Configuration
A Build in the SolutionView Admin groups together all the essential details that define your operational setup. Think of it as a comprehensive package of settings for your business.
Each Build configuration comprises the following:
- About Us: Information about your company.
- Accounting Details: Your financial and billing information.
- Contract Details: Standard contract terms and conditions.
- Pricing: Your product or service pricing structures.
- Meetings: Settings related to scheduling and managing appointments.
- Email & Text Messaging: Configuration for automated communications.
- Distribution List: Contact lists for sending out information.
- Document Packet: Collections of forms and documents.
This allows for different configurations to be assigned for separate locations/branches.
