Overview – Clicking the arrow will open the ”Overview Forms’ page
This page will show current forms (Not available currently) and the” Add Form” button option.
2. Add Form – Clicking this will open a new window to select forms, as seen in Fig. 4 below.

1. All – Shows all of the available forms; you can see it shows all the forms, including selected (checked) forms.
2. Selected – This section only shows forms that you have selected (in this case,” Agenda V2” would be visible)
3. Sandbox SolutionView Tablet
4. Close -This closes this window
5. Done - Once you have made your changes in this window, you will click done
